Devan Tucker founded Anchored Business Strategies on a simple premise: that CRM systems and technology tools should work for organizations, not create more work for them.

With 20+ years of experience in nonprofit operations, CRM strategy, and systems implementation, Devan has helped organizations ranging from small service-based businesses to global institutions like World Resources Institute and CARE USA build systems their teams actually use. Her work spans the full implementation lifecycle — from readiness assessments and system selection through configuration, integration, training, and long-term adoption.
